YFL 150#RF 12'' Ceramic ball valve was exported to old client in Philippines. The size of 12'' is the largest size for ceramic ball valve in the world.

There is H2S steam in the working medium, so we choose Al2O3 ceramic instead of ZrO2 ceramic as ball material. And the seat material is also Al2O3 material, the same as ball.

The ceramic ball valve is equipped with double acting pneumatic actuator.

Thanks to extreme hardness and stability of ceramic material, ceramic ball valves are wear resistant and corrosion resistant. They are widely used for abrasive and corrosive slurry with solid particles.
