YFL wear resistant ceramic v-notch control ball valves for our old customer in USA are finished. As request, there ceramic ball valves are delivered with bare stem. Our customer will install the pneumatic actuator on our ISO 5211 top flange.

These abrasion resistant ceramic ball valves are with A105 forged body, ZrO2 ceramic ball, Al2O3 ceramic seat and duplex stainless steel 2205 stem for abrasive and corrosive medium.

Thanks to the extreme hardness of ceramic, the ceramic ball valves have much longer service life than normal metal seat ball valves. And the ceramic ball valves with V-notch ball are used as regulating control valves to regulate the flow.
